RULES FOR GAS CARD DRAWING

TERMS FOR ENTRY:

	ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BETWEEN JANUARY 4 AND MARCH 1, 2010 AND MUST BE MADE IN PERSON
	NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER
	MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
	YOU MAY ENTER AS OFTEN AS ONE TIME PER WEEK DURING THIS TIME PERIOD, BUT LIMIT 1 WINNER PER FAMILY/ADDRESS
	NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN
	EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, VENDORS AND RELATIVES OF EMPLOYEES OF TOTAL AUTO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN

CONTEST PRIZES:

	TOTAL AUTO will award a total of FOUR (4) prizes. Contest winners will receive one (1) GAS CARD in the value of $25.00. Individual prizes will not exceed $25.00.
	Random drawings will occur bi-weekly beginning on January 19, 2010 and end on March 2, 2010. One gas card will be awarded at each drawing.
	Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
	TOTAL AUTO will not be responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, damaged or demagnetized gas cards.
	By accepting the prize, Contest winners grant TOTAL AUTO the right to use his/her names, photograph and likeness for purposes relating to public relations.
	All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges for the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

CONTEST DRAWINGS AND GENERAL RULES:

	TOTAL AUTO will randomly choose the winners based upon the received verifiable entries.
	The drawings will be held EVERY TWO WEEKS beginning January 18, 2010 for entries submitted between January 4 and March 1, 2010. One winner per drawing
	TOTAL AUTO will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries.
	Unless otherwise specified, all prizes must be picked up from TOTAL AUTO, 5416 Quesada Rd., Riverdale, MD 20737 during regular business hours within 30 days.
	TOTAL AUTO will notify the potential winners using the contact information supplied in the entry. Reasonable efforts to reach the potential winner will be made, but TOTAL AUTO is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete contact information, or for potential winner’s failure to respond to notification. In the event the winner cannot be reached using the contact information supplied in the entry, an alternate winner will be randomly chosen. Failure to claim a prize within 30 days of notification of the prize’s availability will result in forfeiture of prize.
	TOTAL AUTO is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any technical or human error.
	TOTAL AUTO reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this promotion without prior notice.
	All participants are bound by these rules. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of TOTAL AUTO.
